Seeking strong candidates for the position of Northwest Florida Field Operations Manager to be based at the Apalachicola Bluffs and Ravines Preserve in Bristol, FL.  Looking for someone with extensive experience with equipment operation/maintenance that can readily engineer solutions to groundcover restoration challenges.  Position supervises staff and inmate crew and performs critical function in Northwest Florida Program prescribed fire team.  Position is responsible for all aspects of large scale sandhill restoration on both Conservancy and partner property.  Field Operations Manager is also responsible for management/maintenance of 10 satellite preserves located in northern Florida.

Seminole County, Environmental Services/Solid Waste Managment

Environmental Program Coordinator. The position is primarily responsible for the County’s Small Quantity Generator (SQG) Program.  Other responsibilities include: assisting in Household Hazardous Waste Program as needed, investigating environmental complaints and spill response.
