WE NEED YOUR NOMINATIONS

 

Why we have elections…

June 2019 marks the end of the term for three (3) members of the current Board of Directors and we are asking for your nominations.  


 
What we do…

The CFAEP Board of Directors meet every month to discuss a wide variety of topics including upcoming luncheons, socials, sponsors, speakers, workshops, membership drives, goals, etc.  Being part of the Board is a great opportunity to develop long-lasting professional relationships with your colleagues in the environmental field.  


 
The nomination/election process…

Nominees must be members in good standing with CFAEP and FAEP.  In 150 words or less, your nomination should include a brief biography about yourself and a sentence or two about how you plan to contribute to the CFAEP Board of Directors.  We ask that you submit your nominations to Hannah Rowe (CFAEP Secretary) at hrowe@vhb.com no later than Monday, May 1st.  Ballots will be emailed to the membership on May 2nd.  The deadline for voting will be June 3rd.  After the final vote is tallied, the newly elected members will be notified no later than June 4th.  Once elected, the Board Member positions will be voted on at the first meeting of the newly constituted Board following the elections.
