President's Message

CFAEP Members, Sponsors and Friends,

I am honored once again to serve as President of Central Florida Association of Environmental Professionals (CFAEP) for the 2018-2019 term.

CFAEP has a great year ahead of us with some exciting events for our members and lots of chances to network with this great group of Environmental Professionals.

The 2018 Florida Association of Environmental Professionals (FAEP) Conference returns to Orlando this September and CFAEP expects to put on another great show for the members of the FAEP.  With an informative line up of tracks and presentations, an unprecedented list of talented speakers and an array of activities for our members and guests of the conference to enjoy.  The Conference Committee is working hard to set the bar and show why Orlando is the ‘City Beautiful’.

Besides the big conference, our Social Committee will have an impressive lineup of luncheon speakers and popular hot spots around Central Florida for our future networking events.  Not to mention our annual 'Oyster Mat Building' event to support Coastal Conservation Association of Florida and yet another end of the year ‘Poker Night’ celebration to honor our sponsors and members for their participation in the past year!

CFAEP is a great opportunity to network with other professionals in a casual atmosphere. Please let any Board Member know if you have a suggestion for a future lunch speaker or a venue for an event.

The Board Members are committed to growing this organization and supporting its members. We are always striving to improve our member experience and we are always looking for professionals who would like to become more involved.

Thank you again to our Members and Sponsors for their support and I look forward to another great year!

Todd Hodgson
